Massage Therapy - $65/60 Minutes ($95/90 Minute Session)*

Deep Tissue Massage can be used to release chronic tension (as well as holding patterns) through the use slow/deep pressure strokes. These strokes are typically to lengthen muscles and myofacial releases. You will also hear it referred to as a "Swedish" massage. Since you get to tell your Massage Therapist exactly what kind of pressure you want, it can be tailored towards your preference. This is either a complete body massage or we can focus mainly on your area of need.

Prenatal massage is the same pricing but is not recommended until after the first trimester and is not a deep tissue session. (It is a lighter session with special draping provided by your therapist.)

Reflexology - $65/ Hour

Reflexology is the maniulation of reflexes in the feet. These areas are mapped out and coordinate with specific body parts and organs. If you like a good foot rub, you’ll love this extremely beneficial 60 minute session.

Trigger Point Therapy - $35/30 Minutes

This is the holding of, or pressing on an irritable spot in a taut band of muscle fibers, commonly known as a "knot." It is an effective technique that alleviated chronic pain, muscular disfunction and loss in range of motion. This is a form of therapy used to alleviate chronic pain and loss in range of motion.

Cranial Sacral Therapy - $65/ Hour

This form of therapy deals mainly with releasing compressions or restrictions of the cranial rhythm to promote self-healing. This therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach to the bones of the skull, spinal column and sacrum. The main objective of this work is to find restrictions and or compressions in these areas and release them.

AromaTouch Technique - $70/ Hour

Our 60-minute Aroma Touch essential oil session is a powerful technique that combines a fabulously aromatic yet specific selection of 8 doTERRA essential oils applyed with gentle pressure along entire length of spine and on the feet.
